Here it is, the FIRST day of accomplishing the biggest goal of my life (to date)! I'm excited to get started, but terrified of the journey into the unknown, too! Wondering if I'll have the stamina to keep up the pace, yet trying to remember I only have to worry about today's training schedule - nothing more. I'm counting on you, friends, to hold me accountable to the goal I've set for myself! So, I'm off to the gym, to start the journey...
Way to go! I am encouraged by your enthusiasm. I need to get my buns up off of the couch and start exercising, too. We're planning to go to the gym tonight.

ReplyDeleteI survived Training Day 1! Jogged(walked) 2 miles(less than 1/2 mile) in just over 27 minutes and burned 319 calories (added benefit)! Best part of it is, tomorrow is a day of rest (from running)! :o)
